In this rider review, I take a detailed look at the new Sidi Taurus GTX motorcycle boots, an adventure touring boot designed for riders who split their time between road riding and light off-road exploration.

After several months of riding in typical British weather, I share my real-world experience with the fit, comfort, waterproofing and protection offered by the Taurus GTX, and explain where they sit compared to other popular adventure boots like the Rev'it Discovery, Klim Adventure GTX and Alpinestars Tech 7 Drystar.

For reference, these boots have been used on a mix of bikes, including both adventure and road machines, in real-world riding conditions. They’re designed for adventure touring rather than hardcore off-road riding, making them a more usable alternative to bulkier motocross-style boots.

After several weeks of riding in the Nexx X.TR helmet in a wide range of conditions, it’s time to share my thoughts.In this video I take a detailed look at the Nexx X.TR, covering comfort, noise levels, ventilation, build quality and real-world usability. This isn’t a quick out-of-the-box first ride review, it’s based on genuine use over time to see how the helmet actually performs day to day.

We know potholes on the road are a menace, but for motorcyclists they are especially dangerous. I had an incident this week, which thankfullly wasn’t serious, but highlighted the problems they can cause.

In this video, I head to Ultimate Ear’s Kent headquarters to go behind the scenes and document the full production process – from taking ear impressions, to 3D modelling, printing, silicone injection, and the final product.

Custom motorcycle earplugs are one of the most important pieces of riding kit I use. They reduce fatigue, improve comfort on long days in the saddle, and protect my hearing without isolating you from the ride.

The 2026 KTM 390 Adventure R is a completely new motorcycle, not just an update of the old bike.
